WANTED

Sarasota County Sheriffs Office has obtained Arrest Warrants for Burglary on Floyd Clay Mimm a white male born 3/2/1989, pictured above.  These Arrest Warrants are for vehicle burglaries that were committed by Mimm within the Prestancia Subdivision.  Mimm entered unlocked vehicles and then stole.

Herrera W/F DOB 1/23/64, each on one charge of neglect of a child, one charge of Open Hose Party, and one charge of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, in relation to a party that they hosted at thier home at 3533 Lalani Blvd. in Sarasota

An altercation that developed involving several juveniles at that party lead to the death of Gregory Kennedy W/M DOB 5/5/90

Michael John Mendola, W/M DOB 3/13/91, and Simon Mihailovic, W/M DOB 1/1/91 have been charged with 2nd degree murder in the death of Kennedy
